Every joint in the body is surrounded by an intricate system of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. When any one of these structures is out of balance, the integrity of the joint will be compromised, leading to sub-optimal performance, pain, poor posture, and eventually injury.

   
A Structural Balance Assessment will expose various weaknesses
in the body. Once complete, a proper strength training protocol will
be prescribed to strengthen those weaknesses and maximize joint integrity and overall strength of movement.
